Grand Chateau charging "transient rental guests" for parking effective January 1st, 2025

I believe transient excludes those booking via weeks, points and Interval.

Seems fair when you consider that owners are charged for valet parking in a line item in the annual budget. (See this recent Grand Chateau reserves ... thread.)

Seems pretty standard now with all the Marriott resorts. Any idea what the nightly fee is?

I’d be curious to see future impact on budgets, benefiting owners’ maintenance fees……or does this end up as a MVC cash grab?

Our Grande Vista 2025 budget shows about a $30/unit week net benefit to maintenance fees from the parking fee.
