Planning 1st trip, looking to use hotel points at either Marriott or Westin both on Seven Mile beach- any input-advice would be greatly appreciated. Tips for trip in general as well- Thinking May or June - how was the weather? calmest times?
Thank you :)

I looked into going to Cayman this year and staying at the Marriot, and read that the beach is washed away. I heard that it's not so bad when it's low tide.

I did just watch a video last night and the beach was in fact washed away - wasn't sure if depends on tide/season or if always that way now. But at least can still swim there. Not sure how beach walking would be-how far away is solid beach to walk.

I have good deals on Morritts, at the other (peaceful/East) end of the island. PM if interested.

In March of this year, the Marriot beach was non existent at any tide. The Westin beach was intact.
