Got this Sales Agreement from www.redstarrealtor.com [SCAMMERS] for my Wyndham Plus Access 126K points yearly

Hi Friends,
Got this attached Sales Agreement from Red Star Realtor which is too lucrative to trust where I find no reviews of this company anywhere online. They asking me to pay 475$ as closing fees charges in advance which I feel little odd & suspicious. Do you guys know this firm are they genuine?

If it is too lucrative and they want you to pay something than it is a scam. $23,000 on a 127,000 wyndham contract is a scam.

It's safe to say that it's a scam.

• The address on the attached letter has no street address. (only Hollywood, CA)
• The address on the letter does not match the address on the website. (Kissimmee, FL vs. Hollywood, CA)
• The logo on the letter and website do not match. (Clearly, they should fire their Marketing team)
• The letter uses 3 different fonts. (...and they should apparently fire their Communications team too)
• The buyer is conveniently located outside of the country (making it "difficult to execute" the transaction)
• The website was created on 6/22/2022.

Oh yeah, and they are asking for money upfront.

Aside from the continuity issues mentioned above, I do think it's funny that their website says: "Since being incorporated in 1999, we have handled more timeshare closings than anyone. Today, we fully complete over one thousand timeshare transactions every month, all completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost."
...and yet there is no one on TUG that has ever mentioned them in the past.

You probably want to pass on this "offer".

In addition to the excellent advice above, you should immediately cut off contact with these scammers. Block them on your email and phone - do not send them one last email to explain why you aren't taking their offer. Any further communication that you have with them will just identify you as an "easy mark," and you will receive lots more offers from scammers.

Website states “Redstar Realtor. is a California-based closing company”. The bottom of their website states their corporate office is in Florida. Doesn’t matter as CA and FL both have no record of their listed entity name. SCAM.

This scammer has essentially cloned the website of Timeshare Closing Services, a legit closing company whose website was created in 2002 - https:://www.timeshareclosingservices.com/

Below paragraph is from the website of legit Timeshare Closing Services.

While closing a sale and transferring timeshare ownership can take time, we work quickly and diligently to deliver the results you need. Read more on how to close a timeshare sale below.”

Below is from the scammer’s website. Note they left in the name of Timeshare Closing Services from their copy/paste.

Just another sloppy scammer hoping that their victims don’t notice.

I really think local or even state law enforcement needs to set up hotlines for people to call in order to help setup stings on these outfits. In many cases they aren't using their real names and reporting them to the Attorney General probably won't help (even though it should be done). But if they could get an owner who was contacted involved to help set up a sting on them, it would put them out of business real fast. I doubt this would be entrapment since they contacted the owner first, but what do I know. I am not a lawyer.
