Ok, so I got an offer for my TS listing on Redweek. Now what? Do I contact a closing company like LT transfers now, pay the closing documents prep fees and have them take it from there? After the offer, what's the next step?

Happy for any guidance so I don't screw this up. I'd like this to go smoothly as possible.

Thanks

Theresa

Did you offer to pay for the closing? If yes, contact LT Transfers, they will send you a form to fill out. There is also a space for the buyer to fill out. After they have received the completed forms, they will send payment instructions.
