Lehigh Resort Club, Lehigh Acres, FL has dropped Capital Vacation as their management company. The new company is called something resembling Vacay. Does anyone know anything about this company?

I believe the name is Vacatia, which recently bought out Berkley Group, the parent company of the Vacation Village timeshare properties. Vacatia currently manages Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort (which, like Lehigh and others, also gave Capital Vacations “the boot”). Vacatia also took over management of a timeshare on Sanibel Island (the name of which escapes me right now).
All that said, I have no personal knowledge of the actual performance of Vacatia as a timeshare management company, but I too hope to see some feedback here from folks with direct, first hand, non-hearsay knowledge of Vacatia’s actual performance in timeshare management.
Vacatia has the advantage of not being Capital Vacations. I've heard an industry insider bad mouth Vacatia, but that may be rivalry and jealousy. Even if some of what was said is true, moving from Hades to Purgatory should be considered a good thing.
