[ GONE ] *FREE* Royal Dunes Resort, Odd, 3BR/3BA

Royal Dunes Resort in Hilton Head Island, 3BR/3BA unit which has 2 master suites with king beds and whirl pool tubs.
It is a gold season week (1-23, 34-47, 51-52), in every odd years.
Gold season week owners can upgrade to summer week (platinum season) by paying $30 per night fee, based upon availability at 90 days out. FYI, I could book July weeks during the last 6 years.
2015 week is booked for memorial day week (5/23 check-in) which is a sold out week. It can be changed to another week based upon availability.
New owner can choose first use year on 2015 or 2017. If need 2015 week, simply reimburse 2015 maintenance fee.
Buyer pays closing and transfer fee.
This unit was completely renovated recently and can be exchanged in RCI or Interval International (dual affiliated).
Maintenance fee is paid half each year, for about $410.
This ownership will come with Sports Package - Free round of golf for 4 people each day (just pay cart fee) and free daily tennis.
Right next to Marriott Barony Beach and Westin resort.
One block from the beach.

We own at Royal Dunes, gold season, odd years. Love it. Always go there. Never trade it.
 
This is not on this topic, but can someone Please tell me what buildings at Royal Dunes have been refurbished. Thanks for any information. Also, what building would you recommend for a stay. Again a huge thanks for any informaton.

Bldgs 1 and 2 are newly renovated!
