It shouldn't impact Desert Willow owners. I was corrected in that other thread. It was Mission Hills that won that lawsuit. Desert Willow is billed a single tax assessment and individual owners don't pay individually for each week they own. As for reimbursement, it was remanded to the lower court to figure that out. As for Shadow Ridge, they will probably need to petition the county themselves to get their tax bills adjusted.
