I have 2 weeks winter "gold" Villa Del Palmar Flamingo's in Cabo, fully paid, that I am looking to give to someone. Change in health means no more international travel for me. I have no idea how to go about doing this, but it seems like it should be 'doable'. The contract runs to 12/2033.
