Giving away deeded Kahana Falls timeshare

I am giving away my annual week at Kahana Falls (Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii) -- you pay just $1 and get the deed. I will pay all closing costs and transfer fees as well as the maintenance fee for the first year of use.


In a nutshell, it’s a 2 bedroom 2 bath sleep 6 unit with lock-off between 1 bedroom and hotel part - floating, 1 week every year. Next use: January 30 - February 6, 2025 and May 14 - 21, 2026.

2024 maintenance fee: $1,866.20

What a great offer. I love this adorable place. Is it possible to get 2/8-2/15. That is the week I really need for 2025.

Does that 2024 maintenance fee include taxes?

sorry, I didn't check in for a while -- I think it should be possible to change the 2025 week by calling the management company (Capital Vacations).

As for the 2024 maintenance fee -- the $1,866.20 amount includes taxes, that's the total amount I have paid.
