Giveaway - WTC - 1 mile from Disney World!

Hi TUGgers,

Anyone interested in my Westgate Town Center Resort timeshare at Kissimmee/Orlando, FL? We've had many wonderful memories here, but I'm giving it away because my dad is sick, and we won't be traveling for a while.

Here's more info:
Westgate Town Center Resort

2 bedroom - 2 bath (dedicated 2 bdm.)

Unit: View of lake

Fixed Week 51 (Christmas week):
• 2021: December 18 – 25
• 2022: December 17 – 24

Maintenance Fee: 2021 MF has been paid: $1,117.80

Usage: First usage for new owner is 2021 (or 2022, if you prefer)

Renovated: WTC is continuously going under renovations, so there are different upgraded units.

Title Transfer: I will pay all transfer fees

If you can’t give it away, I would check with Westgate about doing a deedback with them.

Sorry to mention it, but I can't think of any point of WTC that would be 1 mile from any point in WDW, even on Sherberth Rd, which would probably be the closest. Maybe as the crow flies to the Disney office bldgs off Sherberth Rd.

I don't recall how long, but edits are only allowed for a certain period of time after posting as I recall.

Not a big deal. Just caught my eye. I stayed once at that resort and am an owner at Mystic Dunes, which is behind it.
