Getting rid of my HGV Marbrisa timeshare

Hello all, I bought a timeshare back in 2019 at HGV when I was married. 2400 points every other year, maintenance fees are 808 yearly or around 68 a month. Trying to get out of it ASAP so it’s free to whoever wants it.

Forgot to mention, mortgage is paid off. Would only ask whoever wants it pays the transfer fees.

Have you tried contacting HGV about a deed back?

As of 4/2025 The contact email for HGVC deed back is transitions@hgv.com (note the change from pfoliosvc@hgvc.com ) the correct website for the HGVC surrender program (now apparently using the same name as the old diamond resorts program)...

What does 2400 points net you? You're looking at a 1 week vacation ever other year for $1616, (paid 806 per year)?

HGVC quoted $1500 fee for deed back: Marbrista 1BD/1BA-ocean view. EOY (even), Platinum, fixed week 52 @6200 points. Deed back or list on TUG for free?
