Does anyone think this will work?

I will like to get a full refund for a timeshare I bought from Silverleaf.

The timeshare is all paid for and maintenance all up to date.

Silverleaf likes to upsell you to purchase more and more from them and exchange your current unit for a bigger one.

I would upgrade and then cancel my upgrade a day later. Will I be able to get a full refund at the time I cancel. I know there is a way to void the contract as long as you do it in a few days after signing. Will they give me my cash back or just my old timeshare.

Any help with this will be great. I am trying to figure out how to get rid of the timeshare and get back as much money as possible.

Can't imagine how that would work for you. All you're doing is cancelling the "upgrade" contract. You'd then get a refund for the upgrade cost and get back what you had before the upgrade.

I don't think it's gonna happen in this life. That would be like taking your '73 Pinto down to the Ford dealer and trading it in on a new F-150. They might show a trade-in value on the Pinto of $3000, but we all know it's going to the junk yard that very day. The next day, you can't take the F-150 back to the dealer and get full sticker price back because your trade doesn't exist.

The exact value of your timeshare is whatever someone bids on eBay. Good Luck!

One sold recently on eBay for $110, and another sold for $31

You have a better chance at winning a $500M lottery without buying a ticket.

If that really worked, everyone would be lining up to do so.
