I own 3 weeks there. Only downside is -- really no kitchen, just coffee pot, mini fridge & microwave.

The first time we stayed there, we made the mistake of grocery shopping before checking in. Ended up buying the smallest Geo Foreman grill and used it in bathroom so we could turn on fan. We were traveling by car, so we were able to take it home with us. Each time we used it, we had a good laugh remembering bathroom BBQ.

Oh, and On-site parking is very expensive, so I usually use public transportation and Uber.

So for clarification, I think best to call this a studio. I had just copied the listing exactly. So a studio and my bill this year is $644. I have never been so I don't know what it looks like exactly. I am willing to pay maintenance fee and closing costs for both units.

I would edit saying 2BR in original post. I think you mean it has 2 bed with a King and a pull out studio. not 2BR
