I'm sure most of you already knew this...but yesterday for the first time in memory I cancelled a weeks reservation and even though I received the cancellation email 'immediately' the cancellation wasn't reflected in my account until the next morning. In fact, when I called MVC about three hours after the cancellation the CSRs response was basically, 'Yeah...weeks cancellations take a while.'
Apparently, monks with quills and/or MVC's crack team of abacus operators need to do their thing overnight...;-)
