Fruit & Vegetable, [and seafood] Market in near Disney & Cocoa Beach [& Kissimmee]

We're staying in timeshares in the Kissimmee/ Orlando area & at Cocoa Beach in Feb. I like to buy fresh produce and was wondering other than at the supermarket, are there any markets in these areas where I could shop?
I know there are lots of places selling Florida citrus but am looking for fresh vegetables & other fruits.

This one's right off the freeway on the way down to Cocoa Beach in Daytona. Easy off/on and many fruit and veggie dealers. We go every time we go to Daytona.

Fresh Seafood Market in Kissimmee area

We love fresh seafood and on past trips to Publix in the Kissimmee area, most of their fresh/ previously frozen seafood is not local.
Can anyone recommend some stores/ seafood markets where we could get fresh fillets of fish and shrimp that is not imported?
