We spent a week ending last Saturday, across the road from where your timeshare is located. If someone is interested in your contracts, it would be helpful to know that they are part of Club Wyndham Villas at Fairfield. You should list who is responsible for closing costs and Club Wyndham transfer fees. You can get more information about listing information in the colored stickies at the beginning of the Free Timeshares Forum. We enjoyed our week getting reacquainted with the the area, especially Carrollton, about 10 miles to the south. It had some interesting restaurants and the oldest bookstore in Georgia.
The timeshare is part of a large housing development built around three lakes and a golf course. There is a restaurant/bar that is very close to the the timeshares at the marina. It had good food and service. There are two guard houses that serve as entry points into the overall resort and are staffed 24 hours a day.
