Hi, I have a fixed week 39, 2 bedroom lockoff (building 33, unit 201) at Wyndham Patriot's Place in Williamsburg VA. This can be split into two 1-bedroom RCI deposits! Usage is annual and begins in 2011, and expires in 2025.

2010 maintenance fees and taxes have been paid (approximately $800) and do NOT need to be reimbursed. No money due to Wyndham until January 2011.

Price for timeshare: FREE
2010 Maintenance fees and taxes: PAID!
Closing fees: $330

Total due from buyer: $330
