Free worldmark/wyndam timeshare 6,000 points

Worldmark / Wyndham
I currently have a paid off Worldmark 6,000 point timeshare. It currently has 3,000 available points. It renews every May. We just want decrease our bills and the maintenance fee every month is a bill we can try and do without.
We just ask the new owner to pay fees involved with transferring ownership.
