Hi

We have a timeshare at Vacation Villas in Kissimmee and have used it but have now outgrown it (kids in college and us retiring) and are looking to pass it on to someone else who would love it.

Not sure about transfer fees or lawyer fees as this is my first time trying to list it but wondered if there would be any interest for anyone?

Kissimmee, Florida (Less than 2 miles from Disney)
Annual Week
All Season
Deluxe 2 Bedroom (Sleeps 8)
Annual Maintenance Fees - $1310USD - Due January 2nd

- Usage starts in 2024 (we have a banked week - not sure if we can transfer this but would be open to it if possible)
- Maintenance fees for 2024 will be paid by the seller
- Closing Costs/Transfer Fees to be paid by the buyer

We have utilized this so much, and so has our family & friends. It's such a great location for a Disney trip. Close enough (like less than 10 minutes) that we often broke up our day mid-day when it got busy and went back to the resort to eat/swim/relax and then head back to the park for the last afternoon evening as it got quiet again. Really great for little kids and naps. Close enough to pop back for fireworks without having to make the littles wait the day out at the park.

We are empty nesters now with college kids, and therefore, our trips are more to where our kids are. :)

We have had family friends use it over Christmas and had an absolute blast both at the resort as well as Disney.

If no one wants it, we will give it back to Westgate. But we would much prefer to give it to someone who will use it.

Also... we were members of Interval and successfully exchanged it for Hawaii, West Virginia, Nashville, and other locations.
