Free Westgate Vacation Villas Week 11 2br lockout Orlando Florida

Hi, we have a Westgate timeshare in Orlando, set week is 11 but can be transferred to any week for a fee.
We have had it since 1997, loved using it for many years but basically have outgrown it.
We just want someone else to enjoy the time at Disney (only a mile away), take ownership along with yearly maintenance fees.
All lawyer fees to be paid by purchasing party.

  1. Resort Name
  2. Resort Location
  3. Fixed Week / Floating Week / Number of Points (and specify what system)
  4. frequency (every year? every other year?)
  5. unit size (ie bed/bath/view)
  6. Annual Maintenance fees
  7. Date the annual maintenance fees are due each year (or indicate if paid monthly)
  8. date the NEXT maintenance fee bill is due
  9. Number of Points and the frequency (every year? every other year?)
  10. Season if applicable (high demand etc)
  11. Exchange Company Affiliation (if any)
  12. Past trades you have made with this ownership
  13. Closing Cost estimate (if any)

would really help to answer all of these in your listing...vs just one or two. At least include the resort name.

One mile from Disney.
Sleeps 8
Lock out can be used one week for 8 or with the lock out, for more people.
All dues are paid, yearly fees are $1050
Week 11 but can transferred.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living room, the villas have an outdoor patio.
Many pools and on site fun things to do.
 
Ebay competition will keep interest down in this. In fact most westgate ebay transcastions come with free closing, free use, and sometimes added money after closing. I would suggest your best way out is calling westgate legacy, and although that solution if available to you can cost $1500/more at least your out, Even if they say no the first time, keep calling, their desiered inventory changes.
 
The OP hasn't been back for a month. Either they found someone to take it or they aren't that interested in actually getting rid of it...
