If you are at a loss, make sure to look out for the give back option. Welk only does this on rare occasions and they will email out the option in January/February timeframe. it costs $750 in admin fees and you can give it back. Call owner services and get them to add a note to your account that you need it and feel scammed or have financial issues and they are supposed to add you to the list.

I do like the resorts offered and even the 1 bedrooms are pretty damn nice.. would take over your points but cant afford any higher maintenance fees (@480K points I pay $2780 in fees every use year)
