We have owned this unit at Wapato Point for a decade and are now ready to let someone else enjoy it. This is a large loft unit in the Yacinde development, building G. It is a lovely unit, and the homeowners association has done a good job of updating the units to be lovely places to vacation. There is a queen and a single bed in the loft, as well as a pullout sofa (sleeping a total of 5). This unit is not lakeside, but just steps from the pool.
This unit is a 1/12 ownership; the owner gets every 12th week. Usually this nets 4 weeks/year, but every 4 years it nets an additional week. We have used this unit primarily for RCI Points, generally giving us 104,000 points/year, but sometimes as many as 144,000 points. We typically rent out the summer week (worth 40,000 points) for about half of the annual maintenance fees.
Whether you are looking for a way to generate more RCI points, or you're just looking for more time on Lake Chelan, this is a solid unit at a solid resort.
To sweeten the deal a bit, we will:
1) Pay the rest of the maintenance fees due in 2018
2) Pay for the title transfer/closing.
3) Give you the July 12-19, 2019 week that is already reserved in our name
