Free VIP upgrades not showing online...

Is anyone else having trouble? Over the last month it seems like the VIP upgrade button isn't showing properly online.. For example, today I'm looking at a reservation that would be just under 20 days out, and I see both a 1br and a 2br villa- but no upgrade button!

I'm still seeing the point discounts, just no unit upgrades.

Is this another change to "benefit" owners that I missed, or just a problem with the system?

The only time I've seen this is when a split reservation is involved.

I have been using it successfully recently. Will give it a try.

Still working for me. On the other hand, if a reservation already is made, the search for upgrade rarely gives me the upgrade. For getting the best results on a unit upgrade, I go in through the way Ron did and click on that button.

I was looking at some rooms in Mexico and the update button is not available (just checked, still isn't). I've never booked in Mexico before, so thought maybe the upgrade wasn't available in Mexico. I planned to looked into that further, but have not.

Regarding the comment on upgrades not showing for split reservations, they only show when the splits are the same (example if you are upgrading from a 1 Bedroom that is split 3 day and 4 days -- you can upgrade to a 2 Bedroom that is split 3 day and 4 days (but not if the 2 Bedroom is a 2 day and 5 day split, etc).

Otherwise, I have not had any trouble upgrading rooms - the system (other than in Mexico) has worked as expected.

I believe the upgrades are not available/applicable at the Mexico properties since they are all Affiliate locations.

It was because of the split reservations not matching.. I should have known.
