- Vacation Village at Williamsburg
We are looking to let go of a timeshare we purchased in Williamsburg, VA almost 20 years ago. We own a Jamestown unit - 4 bedroom lock-off which can be split into two 2-bedroom units and be used every year that way. Each unit can sleep up to 6, accommodating 12 if used all together. The Jamestown units have been renovated and updated. Our week is Week 23 (biannual, odd years), which is usually the first week of June - a great time to start your summer! It is considered "red" season. Entire unit available for use 2025. Maintenance fees are charged every year, due on January 1st and are currently $505. It is fully paid off, the maintenance fees will be paid through 2025, and we are willing to pay all closing and transfer costs. We have used this many times with our family over the years and have also enjoyed exchanging through Interval and visited many fantastic places - Aruba, Orlando, FL, Boone/Blowing Rock, NC, Poconos, PA, Bayse, VA to name a few. We had an opportunity to convert our membership to RCI, but we opted to stay with Interval because we loved the Marriott resorts that are available in Aruba and Orlando, whereas RCI does not have those properties in their inventory.
Unfortunately, now that the kids are all grown, we just don't use it much anymore. We would like it to go to someone who can really enjoy it and make good use of it.
