I want to give away my time share in Vacation Village at Weston. Week 11. Unit 3306. Annual. Buyer will pay cost of deed transfer and can buy current year RCI points. (86,500).
I think this is a bargain. The cost of the time share was $16,705 in 2006. We *can* deed it back to the resort, but we would rather transfer it to someone else if they could use it. Please message me for details or questions. I don't really know how this works, but I've been told this is the best site to use. Maintenance fees are $1,096.

Did you checked to see if you can deed it back to the resort. I haven't heard of this option and when I asked a few years ago, they told me that it was not possible to deed it back to them as they are still selling Vacation Village units.

Fixed week. But if you get RCI you can convert to points.

Yes. I believe we can do that for a buy back fee for paperwork. We have to submit our hardship and be approved by the board.
