2 bdrm/2 bath lockout. Can be split. Unit is paid in full and there are no liens. Assigned week 19 (May 11-18) EY. Seller will pay all closing fees. High trade value of 28 with RCI, which allows the ability to vacation every year. Maintenance fees are $893 even years only.
