I offer for free, a Fixed week 41 at Palm Beach Shores Vacation Village Resort. The early October week would be a great time to spend a week on the beach in Florida.

The deed is fully paid - nothing owed.

We have exchanged with RCI Weeks in the past successfully. Most recently we have rented out the unit through the resort.

I intend to contact LT Transfers and will cover the closing costs and resort transfer fees.

Maintenance fees this year were $649 (paid every year).

Sorry for the delay- I've been traveling for the holidays. When I use the RCI TPU Calculator it says 19 at a maximum.
