We are giving away ownership of fixed weeks 32 (August) and 47 (Thanksgiving, depending on the calendar) at the Simpson Bay Resort & Marina - formerly the Pelican Resort Club.
The resort is managed by The Royal Resorts, developer of five top-rated resorts in Cancun, one in Playa del Carmen, and manager of several others. The Royal Resorts are a class act.
Both units are studios that sleep four, with a full kitchen. There's a folding wall that separates the bedroom from the living room.
Both units have been excellent traders with II, yielding five-star two- and three-bedroom units in Vermont, Williamsburg, Scottsdale, the Dominican Republic, and Cancun.
The MF due Jan 15 is $866 per unit, and there is also a special assessment of $424 per unit, due the same time.
These will cover a major refurbishing of the resort by The Royals.
We are offering these free to TUGgers for a week or so, otherwise we are planning to turn them back in to the resort.
