Free timeshare week, Grandview Las Vegas

Week 27 (was July 5-12 in 2025). 1 Bedroom, unit B, sleeps 4. Have owned for decades. My children do not want it so it is time to give it to someone who will use it. Grandview is a very nice resort, not far off the strip and adjacent to a full casino complete with movie theater. 2025 annual maintenance fee was $475.

I dropped using RCI with this account so just have the straight week 27. I assume a person could rejoin RCI with it to use for trade, but I'm not sure about that.

The amount of points you get depends on the week you have. I get 49k RCI points. There is also a 61k, 40k, and 30500. However, the other unit can be a weeks account and trade in TPUs in RCI.

Week 27 in a points week would get 49k points. No idea about the number of TPUs for a fixed week.

You can just show up to use it or fill out the form to let them rent it for you

Be careful with rentals under this new company though they do some type of net grouping in the name of fairness...
