Beautiful recently updated large efficiency timeshare with one queen bed, one sofa bed, oceanfront with pool and beach access at Traders Inn Beach Club on Ormond Beach, FL. Unit #408 available for week #12. 2025 annual membership dues $982 paid; willing to transfer ownership for 2025 season with partial payment of dues or may take over for free for 2026; annual dues will be due on 1/1/26. Full kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, toaster, stove-top and oven. Room divider between queen bed and sofa bed; tv, internet access and grills, laundry on site. Used by over 25 years by family but no longer able to use due to relocation.
