To give away: one-week every year at a one bedroom in Club de Soleil (https://www.soleilmanagement.com/property_club_de_soleil.aspx). Sleeps four adults comfortably and one small child (under 2). Unit has full kitchen plus washer and dryer. Resort amenities include hot tub, fitness center, BBQs, pool, free onsite parking. Also provides free shuttle service to/from Tropicana and Mirage all day. Mortgage is fully paid off. Maintenance fees paid through June 2023. We are looking to reduce timeshare ownership due to health restrictions. Asking buyer to split closing costs.
