THE FLAGSHIP RESORT Atlantic City, NJ: Sports betting has arrived in A.C.! This is a great resort in the middle of all of the action! However, it is also kid friendly with indoor pool and game room! Adult friendly with on-site bar, restaurant, hot tubs and access to lots of gaming!
We paid $12,300 for this unit. We have had many great vacations using Interval International as our time share exchange resource. We are now ready to move on. We are happy to pay the transfer/closing costs. We are current with our maintenance fees.

Here is some of the info:

We own a studio that sleeps 4.

We own in the Red season. This means that you can book any time between March 31-June16 or between September 15-November 24th. IN ADDITION, you can make a request any other time of the year, as long as you are requesting within 60 days -if there is availability you can stay at any time. If you exchange to another location through an exchange service, you can find weeks any time during the year. We use Interval for our exchanges and have had some great vacations around the country even internationally.

Yes --it is paid off. We paid 718.78 for our 2018 fees.
