You can reserve any week with this timeshare or use it to trade with II. You get a free II membership with ownership. Trading with II works on a points system. You also get as part of the deal a weeks worth of points that are in my account. I have used this in the past to vacation on Cape Cod.

Maintenance is about four hundred $ for a year. I just don't travel as much as I used to so I want to get rid of it.

I've never heard of an II point system. Is this a point system similar to WM or Hyatt that trades through II? Can you use this II account to deposit other weeks?

I think the point system is just for owners of Grand Crowne resorts

I don't think the point system works for anything but Grand Crowne Resorts but
it does give you some nice trades on II. Do a search on TUG for more information about this particular points system. I remember reading about it here a few years ago.
