why? grandview ownerships can absoutely be enrolled in RCI points.

Its not the enrollment.
Its the number of points.
Doesnt match any of the RCI brackets for weeks/intervals.
Dont see a biennial or triennial amount either
Could be using the old RCI chart before they updated (in the past few years).
Not sure. Just know that amount doesnt appear on RCI points chart for grandview.
