FREE timeshare deal 74000 RCI points

I have a Vacation Village at Parkway timeshare = $0.
2bedrooms, 74000 points annually, week 40.
The points are deposited in RCI for 2023.
Maint fee is $863
We will also transfer our RCI account to the buyer, along with left over 2022 points and all 2023 points.

Closing and RCI transfer fee to be paid by the buyer. 2023 maint fee will be paid by us.

The points are enough to have multiple vacations each year.

Hi, Does Vacation Village maintenance fees include taxes, or if that is an additional obligation what is that cost for 2023?

Taxes are an additional cost. Usually in the range of $200. For 2022 it was $234
The total maint fee and taxes for 2023 is $1097

we will pay that since the transfer likely won’t happen before the due date.
