Landings at Seven Coves(RCI#0514). 1 bedroom Floating white week.(March, Oct-Dec). Fish from your Balcony of dock your boat on Lake Conroe. Exchanges with RCI & Interval. Maint. fees are $397 and paid for 2010. New owner is responsible for 2011 fees and closing costs of $100,+ resort transfer fee, if any.
