This is a 1 Bedroom floating white week at Landings at Seven Coves in Willis Texas. The resort is right on Lake Conroe, great for boaters and fisherman. Choose a week each year from January through February or October through December(Excluding major holidays). This is a great time of the year to use the lake as the weather is not to hot.
2012 maint. fees were $451.
New owner will have 1st use in 2013 and will be responsible for fees beginning in 2013. Seller will pay all closing costs, this unit is totally free to buyer.
