Deeded week 27 but you can trade for other weeks.
Annual.
$565 maintenance fee.
I did not use my week in 2021 but believe that 2022 is next available week.

The OP hasn't been back to TUG since the day after they posted this. I doubt they found a buyer. That said, you might have a hard time getting them to reply. You might want to try and send them a DM.
