Moving on from our fully paid Tahiti Resort timeshare. Willing to cover all fees

3) Type of system: (Fixed week / floating week / number of points) Floating week 1-52
4) Frequency (every year? every other year?) Every other year (even) for 2 rooms; or can split rooms and use every year.
5) Unit size: (bedrooms/bathrooms) 2 lockout rooms: 1 BD 1 BA + sleeper sofa in living room, kitchen, dining set and laundry room; 2nd room is 1 BD BA. kitchenette. Both rooms sleep 6 guests total
6) Annual Maintenance Fees: $ 622.15
7) Date Annual Fees Are Due: Jan 1
8) Date the NEXT Fees are Due: Jan 1 2026 (We will pay first year)
