Maintenance:
$1,019 every 2 years (I have not paid 2026 yet but will do once someone is interested in taking over)
$404.50 every 5 years (last paid 2022, next payment 2028)
Other fees: RCI fee (paid until 2027)
Prices in USD
I will pay transfer fees up to $1000. I'm not sure how much transfer fees are yet.
*In regards to (1+1), I think this meant that the maintenance fee covered 2 studio rooms. Unfortunately, I can't find a copy of my contract and am waiting to get a copy from Sunset. I just remember that we always had two rooms when we stayed at the resort.
My parents and I had great memories there and at other places we stayed at using RCI but unfortunately I am no longer financially able to carry on the MF due to job loss. I'm hoping someone would be interested in taking over my membership.
