Beautiful resort in the small mountain city of Tehachapi, along Hwy 58 in Southern California. Both weeks feature a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit that sleeps 6. Maintenance fees are low - $630 / year per week as of the last year. Country vacation in a unique area, with swimming (seasonal), nearby golf, and other amenities. The weeks are deeded as "Week 11, a Floating Week" and "Week 38, a Floating Week". The Grant Deed lists each one strictly as a "Floating Week".

UPDATE: Maintenance fees continue to only be $630 / week in 2018. I am paying the 2018 fees so the buyer of one or both weeks I am selling can enjoy their use with no maintenance fees due until 2019.

If flying what airport is closest ?

So sorry for not responding sooner. The closest major international airport would still be Los Angeles (LAX), which is 128 miles away. A little closer is Hollywood / Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, which is 100 miles away. Limited service from Phoenix and Los Angeles is available at Bakersfield / Meadows Field, which is 60 miles away. So some driving will be necessary. But it is a beautiful drive through the mountains along Highway 58, either from Los Angeles or Bakersfield.

Still available. I should mention that I am paying 2018's maintenance fees in full so the weeks are available in 2018 whereas no fees will be due until 2019.
