I have a couple of questions.
(1.) What are the maintenance fees?
(2.) Do you know what the underlying deeded week is? I realize it is an RCI points timeshare but just wondering if it floats over several weeks or is a fixed week.
(3.) Is this an every year usage timeshare or only even/odd year usage?

The maintenance fees are $1,870 a year. It is an annual use the original week was week 26. And it does include a golf package. Which gives you four free rounds of golf a day with the payment of the cart fees which very based on what golf course you're using anywhere in my experience anywhere between 35 and 45 around at some pretty beautiful golf courses.

Sorry, I was wrong about maintenance fee. It is $1507 yearly.
