Your use would start in 2025. Recent exchanges include Sedona, St. Maarten, Lake Tahoe. You can go to gpxvacations.com and play see what current exchange options are available. all weeks deposited in GPX can take whatever is available. All week trade the same. Currently July 2-25 Southern California week, Kauai. SCBC is located about 5 minutes walk south of pier. I am giving away a 1 bedroom Southern California Beach Club week. It is a deeded week 4 annual usage. It is deed for unit #210. 2024 maintenance fees are $1367.80 and real estate taxes are $17.90. I will pay all closing costs and transfer fees.

This week trades great within Grand Pacific Exchange https://www.gpxvacations.com/. To learn the ins and outs of GPX checkout
. You can go to gpxvacations.com and see what is currently available for trades. You can trade for anything seen on GPX exchange. All weeks trade equally. SCBC is affiliated with both RCI and II. Stay right on the beach in Oceanside. Short walk to pier, restaurants and shops. Owners have use of resort beach toys and equipment.

Buyer's use begins in 2025 and Buyer will be responsible for 2025 maintenance fee. 2025 week has been deposited with GPX but may be returned to new owner.
Real estate taxes are to be billed separately. 2024 taxes are $17.90.
