The Lodge at Kingsbury Crossing:
1bdm, but you can reserve a 2 bdm if available, and there is no upgrade fee.
Floats 1-52 including holidays
Sleeps 4 or 6
Indoor hot tubs
Well located in South Shore on Kingsbury grade - about one block from Hwy 50 - about a mile from the center of the South Shore Strip.
Right next door to a Lake Tahoe favorite: The Red Hut Cafe.

Maintenance fee about $600 per year - paid quarterly (I'm not home - need to look it up.)
2025 usage available, and you don't have to reimburse the maintenance fee.
Buyer pays the transfer fee to Legal Timeshare Transfer
Exchanges with RCI and Platinum Interchange. Up to about 33 TPU in RCI, depending on date.
