Silver Lake Resort (Capital Vacations) connects to the back of Disney Animal Kingdom. Two bedrooms, two baths, condo sleeps six. Maintenance fees are due at the beginning of April. This year's fees are paid. The fees this year were $1450, due every year. The points are with RCI. There is a total of 95,960 RCI Points. Seller pays the closing costs. All points are available this year until April 2025. Over the years, besides staying at this resort, we have swapped the points for more than 25 different locations with RCI. Here are some of them:
