No, that is the maint fee.
I am part of Abound (Marriott and Vistana owner) so pay $280? For 2+ week ownership.
I don’t know what the current VSN fee is.

Technically it would be called VSN Fee, wouldn't it? DOn't want to confuse it with the actual Abound Club Dues that enrolled owners pay, which is generally higher.

I looked at the VSN rules for mandatory owners and it looks like they call them "Club Dues" there also. The fee back in 2022 was $170 and $235. Looks like they've gone up a bit.

Resale Westin and Sheraton Flex wouldn't have a VSN fee since they are not mandtaory ownerships and wouldn't be in VSN. However, if you requalified them or bought them direct, they would all be rolled under one fee as long as they are all titled (owned with the same names) the same way.

Got it. so for Flex, no VSN fees and no II membership comes with it but you can add them to a personal II account and it trades with a point chart. But for mandatory like Bela SVV, you pay VSN fee and will come with a free II membership, I suppose?

If you scroll over to the right, it says it is included for all levels?
I think they are trying to tell you what you are saving by paying the all inclusive Abound fee.

That chart also applies to voluntary owners that bought direct and are in VSN. It is still included for mandatory resale VSN.

So you’re saying the chart is wrong? It should indicate “included” (instead of showing a separate $99 charge in the II membership row)?

I was able to contact owner services and they were able to consolidate my resale mandatory WKV with my WKORV into one II and Vistana corporate accounts. I have a separate Vistana and II account that I must pay for with my voluntary SDO unit. This separate account will be handy for getaways if I eventually shed my corp Westin account
