Guaranteed fixed week 10 (Canadian Spring Break):
• 2020: March 7-14 (Saturday to Saturday option)
• 2021: March 6-13 (Saturday to Saturday option)

Deed also has a floating option so you can book any week.

Maintenance Fee: 2019 maintenance fee has been paid: $951.78

Usage: First usage for new owner is 2019.

RCI: Red Category
II: Vistana is listed as a premiere resort.
Marriott: Vistana is now owned by Marriott.

Points: We are not part of any points scheme.

Renovated: This resort was completely renovated and redecorated approximately 5 years ago.

We just checked out of a cascades unit after staying for a week, very nice resort and villa!

We have really liked this resort and found that the villas have been well appointed and were spacious. The grounds are well kept too and there are pretty walks around the various ponds that are especially at dusk.

Here are some previous maintenance fees so folks have a sense of their history: 2019: $951.78 US$; 2018: approx $965 US$ ($1215.87 CDN$); 2017: $924.89 US$; 2016: approx $958 US$ ($1274.96 CDN$). The values in Canadian $ are exact and the approximate US$ equivalents are based on the exchange rate I found for Dec 31 of the previous year.
