Offering free to a good home -- 1 br standard Sheraton Desert Oasis annual use.

Trades great in II with Starwood priority. 2013 Maintenance Fees were $615 and all maintenance is paid up in full. Buyer's first use is 2014.

I have reserved spring training time periods (check-in March 8 or March 22 -- your choice). SDO just underwent renovations that should be fully complete by end of year!

I use Legal Timeshare Transfers for closing. Buyer and seller split costs.

Thanks,
Ryan

The one bedroom standard is the small one bedroom (not studio - actual 1 bdm.) The other 1 bdm. is the "premium" side. Both sides trade as one bedroom, so the smaller side, with lower MF is a cost effective trader.

I've had a couple pms ask me if the 2014 reservation date can be changed -- it can based on availability. Still available!

Thanks,
Ryan

Why giving away?

Hi - just curious...if you have used SDO to trade into Maui, why give it away?
Thanks.

Same as the other posters -- too many timeshares. I picked up an annual timeshare in Kauai so I no longer need this trader.

It does trade well with Starwood preference - the price is much more economical than the large 1BR since the mfs are over $100 less and it essentially trades the same.

I'm also willing to do the recording myself for free if interested, or we can use LTT and split the cost.

Thanks,
Ryan

Is this still available?

One of the two units are still available -- the one with the March 8, 2014 reservation. The unit with the March 22, 2014 is in the process of being transferred to another Tugger.

Sent you an email.

Thank you for being quick on the response, tomboyblu!

Appreciate everyone's interest in the SDO 1BRs. Both are gone -- they are in the process of being transferred to Tuggers. I am glad they are going to good homes. :D

I thought you had to buy from developer to get Star Points, but Options were the currency one trades within Starwood's system? (I've read all the stickies, honest!)

You don't get Starpoints with any resale purchase, but there are 5 resorts where you can get Staroptions, however, Sheraton Desert Oasis isn't one of them.
