Shawnee Village(RCI#1), also exchanges with II. Fixed week 4 in a 1 BR that sleeps 6. Fees in 2010 were $460. and paid. New owner responsible for 2011 fees and will have 2011 use. Closing costs are $125. and resort transfer fee, if any.
