Free San Francisco Deeded T/S 1 BR

Hi,

I have a deeded annual, red float timeshare - at The Suites At Fisherman's Wharf in the city of San Francisco that I am giving away for $1. I am an original owner when it was initially sold in 1997 or 1998.

Check out www.shellhospitality.com and click on SFW for photos and details. It is a 24 unit building of mostly 1 BR's on Hyde Street, the cable car route and corner of North Point.

I will PAY the $100 Transfer title fee for the buyer. It can be used effective for the 2011 year.

The building is very well kept, Tuscan style, quaint and great staff. Part of the Shell Resorts system under Interval Owners. My timeshare is not points, but deeded forever. RCI resort and it was just renovated. Office: 415-771-0200.

Hi Bernie,

It is a REd, FLOATING week which means any week you want, subject to availability of the resort.

Maintenance in 2010 was $1,050 due to renovation, repairs and upkeep. Manager is Miguel Molina 415-771-0200. Taxes to City per year is $52.

Hey San Francisco Lovers,

Where in SF can you get a room for under $170 a night? Maybe a bed and bath in a moteL?

This is a beautiful condo unit in a small, Tuscan styled building in Russian Hill on Hyde Street corner with North Point. Security building, garage, washer/dryer on main floor, housekeeping staff, daily SF newspaper, internet.

Let's see the bids! I will pay the Transfer Costs!
